One of a small group of holiday Bungalows, situated in gardens which were once part of Rosecraddoc Manor.
The small River Seaton runs directly behind the Bungalow.

This is a Beautiful Wooded Valley Setting with Valley Walks

Licensed Bar & Restaurant on site.

Within easy reach of many attractions including the Eden Project
Ideal centrally positioned base for touring Cornwall.
Open 1st March to end October

Riverside Lodge is tastefully furnished to a very high standard centrally heated by night storage heaters and double glazed,
includes a fitted kitchen with electric hob and oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, cordless kettle, toaster, washer/dryer.

The lounge/ dining room is spacious and provides colour TV/Video, radio cassette, and a feature fireplace with electric fire.
The main bedroom has a double bedstead, built in wardrobes, dressing table and remote control colour T.V.
A single bedded room at the back of the Bungalow overlooks the rear garden and river.
The other Single Bedded room is at the front of the Bungalow.

The bathroom provides bath, wash basin, toilet plus an electric shower over the bath.
The Bungalow is carpeted throughout.
All duvets, pillows, bed linen, and towels (please bring your own beach towels) are provided for your convenience.
